The Good: Is one of the backs that is a natural workhorse, and can carry as many times as you need him to. Won't fumble on you often. can handle kickoff returns.

 

The Bad: Could gain weight easily. Needs to lower his center of gravity. Not a good blocker. Slower while a run is progressing. Not used much as a receiver.
